INTEGRESS was established in 1987 as a full-service international meeting and event resource company specializing in strategic planning and tactical implementation of meetings, conferences, congresses, and incentive programs. Site Selection

We secure approximate venues based upon your meeting requirements, ease of access for attendees and your Corporate compliance.

Contract Negotiation

Negotiate the best terms, to include HCP compliance, attrition, cancellation,  non-compete clauses and room block management.

Graphic Design/Multimedia

Our team of professional designers will work closely with you to develop your Brand messaging to be used throughout the entire program.

Web Site/Delegate Management

We develop meeting registration web sites to communicate information about your meeting, attendee registration, confirmation letters, travel and ground transportation, reporting and corporate compliance.

Faculty/Attendee Management

Accurate communications is essential for a successful program. Working together with our editorial team we will develop concise letters of invitations, confirmation letters, welcome letters, travel documents and meeting agendas that will provide a seamless meeting experience.

Vendor Management

We work closely with our preferred vendors to insure a successful program delivery and adherence to Corporate Compliance.

Travel Arrangements

Our travel agents will coordinate travel and ground transfers to make sure all attendees arrive at the meeting location in time. They will monitor the flights and receive communications from the ground transfer company when they have made contact with the attendee.

On-site Services

To insure a flawless meeting, our Meeting Professionals will be on site to manage your program, attendee management, vendor management, corporate compliance and any last minute changes.

Budget Management/Project Reconciliation

We know how important budget management and cost containment is. That’s why we work closely with our Financial Project Assistants (FPA) to make sure we stay on track with all approved budgets. After the meeting has ended our Meeting Professional and FPA will work together to process payments and reimbursements and accurately reconcile your meeting.

Travel With Us

The INTEGRESS full-service, licensed, in-house travel agency allows us to deliver travel logistics alongside event services. Reservations and ticketing are synchronized with our registration system to provide seamless service.
